DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO INTEGRATE WITH TELEOS?

No, this is totally free. The agreement is between the practice and Clover.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Clover strive to deliver a superior payments solution at no extra cost to your current standalone provider – It’s as simple as providing a statement to compare.

CAN WE HAVE WI-FI TERMINALS?

Both wireless and wired terminals are available.

DO I NEED A PHONE LINE?

No, the terminals connect into your existing computer network using your broadband connection. As well as saving money on a phone line, it’s also much quicker for the payment to go through.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You will be shipped a new terminal, this is network ready, just let the Teleos support line know when it arrives, and we’ll help get you setup.

PAY-BY-LINK (PAYMENT URL)

The Payment URL functionality allows the Practice to text a link to the client. The link takes the customer to a Clover-hosted page to securely make the payment. These are classed as e-commerce transactions and are handled the same as a card transaction. Once complete a line is added to the client’s history so show they have been sent a link and also when paid.
